Taking a stand (or 'sit' as the case may be), using non-violent action, and saying "STOP it" in a motherly manner to the men who were perpetrating the atrocities - this act changed everything for that country, and the world breathed a sigh of relief.
These women have inspired me to take bolder action in my own life, and I am forever grateful.
