cant believe america sent this guy home. and not only is this sad because we cant see him on idol anymore, its also sad because this is his dream and he did amazing every week and now its over. i hope he doesnt feel like he failed at making idol history because he did and will always be remembered

I totally agree. I'm mad he didn't win it all but also happy to a certain extent. The winners of Idol have that "Idol Stigma" where its like they are only popular because the won the show and that just means they're mainstream, not good. I think Casey not winning was terrible, but I'm also glad he isn't sellout mainstream garbage like ppl like Scotty McCreery and Kris Allen.
