Never heard of these brands, until now that is. Thank-you for that. Do you know any more?

I also have altered my Polo brand purchases. Only things I buy now are socks no logo, and sweaters with no logos. I still buy Ralph Lauren Rugby brand with of course no logos. The styling and quality and availablity are great, but I will not buy any logo'ed polo brand items. And I have been a polo brand buyer since the 80's.

Hey Joshua, don't worry, I always look forward to your videos and outfits. You dress like a gentleman, and yes it's conservative, but still very stylish and classy, which I think is the whole point of your videos. I have a couple of questions. Recently you said you felt the Ralph Lauren brand has been ruined. Why do you say this. Is it because of the way some people wear it, like oversized polos with sagged pants? Also would be interested in your opinion on Jos. A. Banks clothing. Thanks

@slimmers00 I love Jos. A Bank! I have a bunch of clothes from there. As for my hatred for Ralph Lauren... I feel like the brand has been commercialized to sell to the Gucci demographic... and that demographic is certainly eating it up. "Polo" is mentioned in just about every hip hop song that comes on the radio these days, and I just don't want to wear a brand associated with gangs, violence, misogyny, and poor education. I want nothing to do with that culture, so I no longer wear the brand.

@Azlaier I can understand your point of view on RL and not wanting to support the brand if you believe they are getting a negative image. I suppose it's that way with many things though, such as Cristal Champagne, fine Cognacs, and Cadillacs. I guess I feel it is more in how you wear the clothes that matters most. It's too bad that culture doesn't acquire a taste for WalMart clothes ;-)

@Azlaier Don't you think it matters on what things you buy? I stopped buying their polos and button downs a few years ago. I still have some Ralph Lauren sweaters and jackets though.

I was actually surprised that you said that about thinking people would get bored of your OoTD vids. I love them! And even if it is "more of the same thing" it isn't exactly the same, different colors do a lot. Also, if people really thought negatively about repetitive things, I don't think a site like Twitter would exist lol.

I love your style, I think it is classic and timeless. I seriously need a new pair of Sperry's, mine have been beat to death. They are my go to shoes in the "FL winter" which this year has been in the 70's :(

I love your style! If people get bored with it, then I guess they just don't get it. Personally, I like that you are one of the few conservative/preppy vloggers I've seen. Most style bloggers/vloggers try to be trendy and edgy, but you don't have to follow trends or do something crazy to have style. Keep being your classic self. :)
