i disagree. I mean I'd take family over friends any day, but friends are also important, they help you develop social skills when you're a teenager, which you need in order to be able to communicate properly later (relationship with a girl, at work, that kind of stuff).

Also it's proven in some weirdass swedish research that people that are less popular in high school are way more(8 times or something) likely to get heart diseases and stuff (I'm NOT making this up, its actually true lol).
