According to my sources, this is but the beginning of the story. While some of the names and the time are retro - the whole world is an entirely different one from the previous timeline.

The whole thing is a reboot of the series.

I believe that any future installments will likely detail Gabriel/Dracul's rise to power as the Vampire King, or perhaps a new protagonist that opposes him.

I was really disappointed in this fight. Was simply button mashing. Just counter whatever color he was using and then use your infinite magic to keep yourself healed if need-be.

They could've just handed you the ending and it would've been the same.

Every enemy design in this game is an original take on an existing enemy clichée or a unique idea. From russian folklore to steampunk and Silent Hill there's a shitload of great influences and it's definetly an achievement it all fits together so well. Awesome art direction. But.. God knows why they had to make Satan a gaytarded Final Fantasy type idiot. That's quite lame.

@chestnutticus69 Hey, playing on easy is not always something to tease someone for. I play on easy for the first playthrough to remember where things are located, how to defeat bosses, and how to solve puzzels so when I do the more difficult playthrough It's a sinch to complete. I'm going for the Platinum for the game and I'm on my second playthrough on Paladan mode. Going through on Easy first has made things so much easier now that I know what I need to do. It's a strategic plan.
