  • @McLovin081 thanks bro, but no i didnt follow the diet plan exactly, just make sure you eat as healthy as you can, while eating protein and all those essentials

  • im 17 too, started in october, 6 foor 3 150lbs, now im 6 foot 3 181lbs. 6 pack, doing 81 pushups in a row and 18 pull ups in a row. you won't be dissapointed

  • I am on day 3, and I am guessing you started off a bit over 160 right? I am 22 and am starting off at 171, you really should follow a DIET strictly proteins/complex carbs/veggs/dairy lots of water, whey protetin and vitamins. I am already in pretty good shape but these results are real, I swear to God day one kicked my ass you'll be surprised when he says it isn't for everyone it really isn't. DO IT, think 3 months from now youll come to this page and be like damn I would of been done already

  • Hey dude!!! excellent results!!!! I'm confused about phase 1. So you do the "Classic" phase for 90 days? which means that you do that phase for 3 months, right? Are there any other workout routines you add? I've heard people say that you should add Cardio X in the mornings during phase 1. Hope to hear from you!!! Thanks

  • yeah bud i just stuck to the program basically, but im doing doubles now which is cardio x in the mourning

  • didnt rly stick to the ntrician plan.. i honestly cut out all the sugars in my eating and whenevr i got hungry would eat fruit... took some suplements and thats about it! hope it helps
