im 17 too, started in october, 6 foor 3 150lbs, now im 6 foot 3 181lbs. 6 pack, doing 81 pushups in a row and 18 pull ups in a row. you won't be dissapointed

I am 22 and am starting off at 171, you really should follow a DIET strictly proteins/complex carbs/veggs/dairy lots of water, whey protetin and vitamins. I am already in pretty good shape but these results are real, I swear to God day one kicked my ass you'll be surprised when he says it isn't for everyone it really isn't. DO IT, think 3 months from now youll come to this page and be like damn I would of been done already

Are there any other workout routines you add? I've heard people say that you should add Cardio X in the mornings during phase 1. Hope to hear from you!!! Thanks
didnt rly stick to the ntrician plan.. i honestly cut out all the sugars in my eating and whenevr i got hungry would eat fruit... took some suplements and thats about it! hope it helps
