well there is no "Minimal" itself , music witch is called minimal is just an minimalistic adaption of styles like Techno , Tech/Deep-house and Electro , the special thing 'bout minimal is that it is very minimalistic , so just has as much elements as it needs to sound good , not more , not less , and also that it can have influences and elements of very different music styles , so Yes... this one you could acctually call "Minimal" ... but also Minimal-Electro...
