bruh maybe in high school a performance is just a performance. but in college each performance is a show. a battle when other collegiate bands are their. they may not have been judged but I can promise you that in the back of JCSU mind they knew A&T would be there to show out and vice versa. You dont have to battle face to face to get your point across

01.02.03....this was 2003 by the way. I marched tuba for A&T that year, and you did not come out of top. It's happens to be my opinion as well as countless others. And it's not uncommon for bands to fade during songs....it's called diminuendo and crescendo or different instruments playing piano or forte in various places in a piece of music to highlight the melody. Also,"Too" in the context in which you used it should have been "two".

the trumpets got weak and were fumbling over the rhythms. its clear as day. i played the song before and i've heard the original song. if the arranger wrote messed up rhythms he needs to be shot. i doubt thats the case so that means they were fucking up. Like i said i like A&T's band. But you can't be so baised to ur own band that ur blind to their mistakes!!!!!
