civet coffee is the most expensive coffee there is. its considered a delicacy because of its price. So dont laugh. I also believe it is Indonesian origins rather than vietnamese.

That pho is what we Chinese call rice noodles. Its very popular in Asia cos its good.

I'm Vietnamese, and yeah, they don't use Cinnamon to make Pho, but I'm not completely denying that it's "never" used, the recipe's tend to vary among restraunts and chefs. Although I've never seen or tasted it in any Pho I've ever eaten..
