This is good but I can't hear your voice very well. Guitar is great - good sound, good strumming. Difficult song to do well. Tempo changes and suchlike that take skill to pull off.

Nice job.... Sorry the song is not about NY. Chelsea is a small beautiful located immediately north of Gatineau, Quebec, Canada and about 15 minutes drive from Ottawa. Chelsea is located within Canada's National Capital Region.

Joni lived in Chelsea, NYC, for a time in the '60s and in a recording I have of her from a club in Philadelphia called the Second Fret, she describes her move to NYC. She says she bought some stained glass windows, put them up in her apartment, & wrote a song about the morning. She says, "Noisy as New York City..." and proceeds to play "Chelsea Morning." So while some do think the song refers to Canada, the recordings from the Second Fret are a fairly clear indicator that the song is about NYC.
