  • its MARK SUMMERS

  • Wow, I wanted to see that movie again but I couldn't find it because I saw it like 20 years ago, thanks Oingo Boingo! :D

  • "You and I."

    "All of us."

  • lol at 1:38

  • Its Funny cause Jerome went to the bathroom and never came back and when he did he passed summer school!

  • @PromiserOfdeath2 Summer School is one of my favorite movies and hell yeah that's funny and it's funny too how Jerome ended up getting the highest score in the class on the test they took.

  • i love this film !

  • Shoop: "They're as smart as you and me." Gills: "You and I." Yeah, uh, Freddy Shoop was actually correct. It's "you and me" in this particular instance. Gills is a moron.

  • It seems amazing and funny! I'm going to rent it! :D

EG Daily's "Mind over Matter' song brought me here,I heard it's from the soundtrack right? :)

  • I loved the cute guy who was always sleeping because he worked as a Chippendale's dancer at night!

  • I never watched this movie, but this trailer (and Mark Harmon) attracts me a lot... but damn, it's difficult to find it in italian!!!!

  • So funny to see Mark Harmon in a comedy pre-NCIS lol

  • ncis

  • This is my favorite movie ever of all time.

  • @LoveCowboyBoots i grew up on summer school movie and had to go to summer school twice

  • @SuperTestfreak I'll bet your summer school wasn't as awesome as this summer school. :)

  • @LoveCowboyBoots not even close lo, dave and chainsaw rule

  • @SuperTestfreak Totally.

  • Robin Thomas was kalabar from halloweentown

  • Shoop: From this moment, you people eat English, sleep English, you ARE English!

Dave(accented): Oh, then pass the krumpets, ol'boy!

Eaker: Do we have a binding agreement?

Shoop(shaking his hand): We got something.

Eaker: Well, we put that baby to bed. LET'S DO LUNCH!

  • Shoop: From this moment, you people eat English, sleep English, you ARE English!

Dave(accented): Oh, then pass the krumpets, ol'boy!

  • Haha I remember this film gonna have to watch it again. Kirsty Allen is actually ok looking in this one. I like her as a person but don't like the whiny rolls she has done like in cheers and look whos talking. Although they are also great to watch ;)

  • AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH tension breaker had to be done. im so doing this in my provincials this year HAHAHAH

  • That's funny because he was correct when he said, "..you and me." lol

  • i love this movie<3 ♥

  • Funny thing is Bud from JAG is in this too.

  • I loved this film it had passion and a plucky spirit Dave I agree with you thumps up for me

Same here To sum it up I'm Chainsaw

I'm Dave We'll see you at the movies

  • 0:55 Steve Carell

  • @clearsh0t that is really him

  • @clearsh0t I don't know if you are trolling but that is not Steve Carell. The vice principal was played by Robin Thomas. Look it up on imdb.

  • @jmarcum72 Oh wow! My bad, you're so right.

  • @clearsh0t No prob. I watched this movie several times over when I was younger. I see the similarities but I knew it couldn't have been him for the age difference. I spent more time in front of the TV than going to parties when I was in high school (87-91) so I knew a lot about the movies from the 80's.

  • *yay* GIBBS! And Shawnee Smith!

Well, this must be a brilliant movie!

  • Im a kid in this generation and I loved this movie but besides the clothes and style the schools today are the same as they were back then.

  • The bread comment. LOL.

  • Lol love it so funny

  • "They're as smart as you and me."

    "You and I"

    "All of us"

    Lol

  • LEROY JETHRO GIBBS' image ruined by this Lmao!

  • 1:02 -It's RICHARD HORVITZ!!! XD He is my favorite voice actor ever! :)

  • Mark Harmon, Kirstie Allen and David Spade!!! David Spade looks exactly the same as he did in 1987 24 yrs ago!! Meanwhile Mark Harmon & Kirstie aged badly!

  • @TheAmericanEvita David Spade isn't in this movie. :)

  • @jami674 The guy at 1:27-1:31 in the leopard skin beret looks like David Spade. He was doing movies and TV in the 80's before "Just Shoot Me" or his movies with Chris Farley. He was in a minor role in one of the Police Academy movies so I thought this was him in Summer School. Thanks for the correction.

  • onea my fave 80s movies

  • AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!......Tension breaker. Had to be done.

    lol

  • I love this movie very very very very very very very very very very very very much,,,,,,,:D

  • Carl Reiner you is trollin

  • I tried to watch this movie the other nite. WOW, they actually make movies this bad. All the students look older than Mark Harmon, and they are all terrible at comedy. Reason, Comedy is the hardest acting, and all of them get caught acting. Spencer Tracy once told a young actor who asked him what his secret at being a Great Actor was, and he said, Don't get caught. This movie SUCKS!!!!!

  • @PRE1959 Looks like you have resentment issues...tell me, which member of this light-hearted, unpretentious production slighted you?

  • Actually the Principal is technically correct, though some consider both to be acceptable. Typically when using "as" in this kind of sentence there is an implied verb. So to get a good sense of how it should work, you need to both take out "You and" and toss in the implied verb: "They're as smart as you and ??" becomes "They're as smart as ?? [am]" ... which shows why "I" makes more sense. ("They're as smart as I am." is better than "They're as smart as me am.")

  • Cute dog

  • Classic Movie! They sure do not make movies like this anymore These films make you think about HS in 1980s!!!

  • @gaaragirl182 He was also the voice of Alpha 5 on Mighty Morphin Powers, and Alpha 7 om Power Rangers Wild Force.

  • Gibbs before the death of his family?

  • i have the same first name as kirstie ally

  • gibbs does not slap the kids in the head for misbehaving?

  • Actually, Shoop's right, the proper grammatical form is "They're as smart as you and me." - So the principal is an even bigger stooge than what most people realize.

  • Explain.

  • @thaKingRocka Sure, the original sentence said by Shoop is, "They're as smart as you and me" - So if you take out "You and", the sentence would read, "They're as smart as me", which is grammatically correct. But if you take the principal's "correction" as he says, "[they're as smart] as you and I" - If you take out "you and" it would read, ":They're as smart as I" - Unless one his speaking in high, Shakespear language, people just don't seak like that.

  • @jzimm1075 The way people speak and what is grammatically correct don't always jive with each other. The way to check on the grammaticality of this sentence is to continue with the implied verb. You need a subject pronoun, not an object pronoun for the verb. The sentence should be: "They're as smart as you and I (are)." Just because people perceive the correct form to be highfalutin doesn't mean it's wrong.

  • since when does special agent leroy jethro gibbs teach misfit high school students?

  • i used to watch this movies in the early 90's a lot. good times!

  • This movie ROCKS.

    George Vreeland Hill

  • @RegisPhilbinFan YOU CAN'T SAY THAT ABOUT DAVE AND CHAINSAW!

  • I LOVE THIS MOVIE..

I COULD RECITE EVERY LINE IN IT LOL

  • Which NCIS episode is this?

  • @motleyhar Dude, you must be joking! This is nowhere near an episode of NCIS, and in fact you can easily tell by Mark Harmon's fun, loose, easy-going character compared to his hardass character on the show.

  • @xyPERSON You hit the nail on the head, sir. I was joking.

  • how much does the guy at the 1:00 minute mark look like Steve Carell?

  • I do the tension breaker all the time

  • I loved this movie reminds me of my summer school class of 2007. Best times

  • only 1 word.....Gibbs:D
