Chi Silk Infusion and the heat protection spray have actual silk in them. Products with silk and/or protein and/or silicon in the ingredients generally make hair very soft.

You should try out all natural coconut oil instead or in substitution sometimes of olive oil. I am an avid olive oil user but once I read about the benefits of coconut oil I just had to switch! Just thought I'd give you a tip. Thanks for the video.

Is your hair sorta coarse, i'm mixed but my hair is not and in some areas of my head my hair is curly while others are tangled, dry and frizzy and i don't wanna spend my money on that flat iron if it won't come out like yours.

Also know any good products to make my hair thicker, i recently cut my hair and just gave up on styling it because it's so short and lost alot of hair.

The CHI shampoo made my hair greasy and made it have a lot of build up and the treatment made it even worser.

I have very thick hair and it's super damaged so I don't seem how that could of happened. Also my hair has been getting oiler for no reason...

Hi Brittney you can get chi silk infusion in the Generic value products from sally's beauty supply and it's called silk remedy exact same ingredients but alot cheaper, all gvp products from sally's are a dupe of the real thing such as nexxus,chi,palm mitchell they will actually say on the bottle compare to the brand like gvp silk remedy says compare to farouk chi silk infusion ingredients on back are identical , 6 ounces for 8.99. For my hair i use Garnier fructis triple nutrients fortifying shampoo, cream conditioner, 3 minute undo dryness deep conditioner and the spray with the oils in it. I have damaged hair. I would like to know how you dry your hair without a blow dryer and still have it come out so straight, do you have any kind of relaxer in your hair( because i do), and if the product I use are good ? CHI is horrible.

I take care of my stuff, yet I have had 3 (straighteners)and each one has glitched....and the Iron Guard protection makes my hair fill stiff and I don't even use a lot of it or spray it too close....I'm super picky on how my hair feels...it has to be flexible/"flowy" and soft.

But as far a straighteners once this next one fooks up...I'm Switching over to GHD many formal CHI users recommend it over the though I think it's a lot more money.

@cheetah1 it's still the best shampoo i've ever used. it leaves my hair SUPER soft and manageable. I don't know why anyone would say it smells like a perm. That's weird. It has like a perfume kind of smell. It smells good and it doesn't damage my hair at all. You should try it. I swear by it.

The products designed for "women of color" don't suit me at all! So, I've been stuck on the L'Oreal with the royal jelly. That conditioner is the bomb diggity (that is a word). The Chi is sooooo amazing, but the smell reminds me of my ex (bad). My Chi was like $30 from Wal-Mart. The 44 iron guard & Got 2 be are drying though.
