I didn't add yt3d:enable=true because some of my friends claim that videos don't play right in the YouTube 3D player in their browser (usually on a Mac). I posted the same video WITH the tag for everyone else.
Not sure I understand why the 16:9 tag is needed. That's the aspect ratio in which I posted the video.

no it focuses you eyes to cause a 3d image it is prefectly fine

nice but why didn't you add this tag:
yt3d:enable=true
you should also set the correct aspect ratio by adding this tag:
yt3d:aspect=16:9
(replace '16:9' by the correct apect ration x:y)
when adding these two tags (separate the tag by a space) one can select the preferred 3D viewing method
