I have always loved Wendel Adkins and saw him many times when he was the house band at Gilley's back in the late 70's and early 80's. I am glad he found fame overseas, he certainly deserved it stateside.

i saw Wendel in London in the 80's he was great i think somehow worldwide fame and he passed very close to each other on the road . I think he is great.
