Actually, I just went to see the play the other night in Santa Monica, and this actor, Bob Weick, blew me away, he was incredible......., as in award winning incredible. This video doesn't do him justice. We were all amazed , he made the play. Just thought I would mention that.
He doesn't really capture the essence of Marx in my opinion. the actor "Fenton Wilkinson" in the other videos is almost like a living Marx. When you compare this scene to the video "collapse of capitalism", the difference is clear.

I am sitting in a country where the elections are run like they are american idol, a very large percent of the citizens still believe in superstition, and the creationism vs. evolution debate is actually valid.
In order for a revolution that won't end in a dictatorship to happen, every citizen needs to have a say, possess conciousness of what is happening, and actually have political power. With the current status quo and human nature, I really do not see that happening any time soon.

We have seen the russian revolution be converted into stalins dictatorship, after lenin's death and trotsky's assasination.
Then chinas revolution under maos dictatorship.
And finally the cuban revolution springing from a tiny group of guerillas, handed over to castro's dictatorship after the assasination of che guevara.
The 1848 Paris Commune was probably the only revolution that was under workers dictatorship.
