  • In the merry, merry month of May,

    Avery Tyler, not gay -

    I'm not heading sackwards -

    And bend over backwards,

    But I'm not homophobic okay?

  • the father looks like a pervert

  • Judge Judy needs to take a retirement immediately. She's too old fashion, not up on the times and getting ruder and dumber as the years go by.

  • @LisaDawnn Another whiny lib with no substance.

If we had MORE judges like her, the world would be a better place.

Old fashion was what brought your dumb ass into the world.

Yes to same sex marriage with NO chance for adoption or fertilization.

  • @phaser426 and ur reasoning for no chance of adoption? Its better their homeless?

  • @PhysalisGundam I am Richard's sister... the full story is not being told here in this edited-down version of the true events. Let's me just assert that Richard is a wonderful, upstanding person who tried to do the right thing and certainly did not intend to keep that security deposit. He definitely tried to give it back; Judge Judy did not allow him to tell the full story. The fact that Avery attempted to get Richard to pay for his parking permit should tell you how ridiculous his logic is.

  • @trina31117 I actually believe Richard a lot more than Avery. Avery just looks like a giga-D-bag. And you're right - his logic is very goofy! That family just seems like have short fuses anyway. Trina PS Richard is beautiful. Just sayin'. Let him know he has a few fans on here! Wewt!

  • So, is the idea that this fellow is *physically* attractive? Because I can't imagine that the positive comments are coming from the fact that he tried to illegally keep money that didn't belong to him, kept making lame excuses in court, lost the case, and was afraid that an old man was going to kick his ass.

  • Stupid

  • Unlisted video? It was in the suggestions bar...

  • @gypsyqueen1433 The only service Judge Judy provides to society is to give lonely losers like you a reason to live. Just looked at your pathetic channel, and it looks like you're pathologically obsessed with her. Consider getting some professional help.

  • @gypsyqueen1433 Did you even bother reading lgbtv4's comments before posting your pointless reply? Either you didn't or are just too stupid to address any of his points. And way to make moronic assumptions like her success bothering him, or that he's jealous. You remind me of those mindless Bieber-heads that defend their idol without thought. Pathetic.

  • judge judy you are a stupid old cunt very stupid

  • I am in love with the defendant. Thanks for uploading. :)

  • @fashotce those lips...

  • @herlagio so juicy.. :)

  • @fashotce Hahahha I am SO glad there's more people who are equally in love with the defendant. Man what a hottie! I found him on Facebook but he denied my request I think. Cursed timeline! Now I can't find him!

  • @nordrassil1 lol yeah he's a looker, I'm sure lots of people would like to have some alone time with him.

  • @gypsyqueen1433 A better tv judge????? You're kidding, right? She spends less time on cases than other tv judges, and much of that time is spent insulting people or claiming how smart she is. I guess if that's your idea of law, she great.

  • @gypsyqueen1433 said "I'm sure a lot of lawyers enjoy her show along with millions of others." This statement is as baseless as the rest of your post. As an attorney, I can assure you that she is not respected among lawyers and judges, nor do we "enjoy" her as a group. She's has has contributed nothing to the public's understand of the law, and has in fact distorted it for personal financial gain.

  • @ProudHappyDaddy birds of a feather, as if u lawyers havent distorted the justice system for personal gain

at least Judy Sheindlin has the guts to tell it for what it is

  • @gypsyqueen1433 You accused lgbttv4 of hypocrisy ("For someone preaching against people that hate, maybe you should look in the mirror.") but your inability to be logical is embarassing. Where did he say to "hate" Judy? Or are you saying that criticism, backed by facts, is never justified? And if you think his criticism is unjustified, why didn't you address them instead of attacking him personally?

  • @gypsyqueen1433

    1) How was she a great judge? Show me one influential or oft-cited legal decision or article she wrote as a judge. She was never known for her legal acumen. She went to New York Law School, which is not a good school. As the 60 Mins piece showed, her fame came from being abrasive and fast, which has nothing to do with good jurisprudence. In fact, it received a lot of criticism from her peers as well as litigants when she was a judge.

    So what's your evidence?

  • @lgbtTV4 It's often said success isn't measure in personality or opinion. It's measure in results. We're watching her now. After ten years. Two successful careers. Multiple books published. Multiple homes bought. A woman lawyer before it was common. A woman judge before it was even respected.

The 'proof' is in the results we see today. Citing the need for legal precedence to be a great judge is backward. You uphold the laws. Not make new ones as a judge. And if it makes people unhappy? Too bad.

  • I love it how people who know they don't have a leg to stand on always go to the trusty ol "he made homophobic, or he made racist comments" defense. You can pretty much bank on every time someone stoops to that defense, they're gonna lose.

  • @rebelnomo Completely pointless comment. Just because SOME people use that excuse doesn't mean that it was untrue in this case. The stupidity of your comment is obvious in your use of "always." First, there are no "always" in human behavior. Second, sometimes it's true and we simply don't have enough info on whether it really happened.

  • @rebelnomo "Always"? ""Every time"? Do you have proof? Try thinking critically instead of making baseless generalizations. You may argue that it was irrelevant in this case, but don't overreach and pretend to know what the guy is thinking ("people who know they don't have a leg to stand on") or what the stats are because you looked like a pompous ass.

  • Cute guys!!

  • Wow father of the plaintiff sounds like a mean, miserable, violent old man.

  • Lawl that girl seems too pretty for that Jim Halpert, they're both gay as daffodils.

  • A CAMEL SUIT??, HES OBVIOUSLY GAY TOO. JUST INDENIAL....

  • Does anybody feel that Judge Judy is getting better as time goes by? She is so proficient and skilled dealing with so many cases through the years, but now i get this feeling she is getting even better, stronger, more resolute and confident, kind when needed and even humorous and more relaxed than before.

  • @KiillWiithMe AWESOME !! LOL

  • Ok there are people who can have children and shouldn't and there are people that cant and deserve to. I am a strong advocate for the lgbt community and support their rights as much as anyone elses. I love the "religious" argument stating "God says homosexuality is a sin" . .how do you know? Did he tell you himself? Its funny, I read the bible too and the message I got was to love everyone. Ask yourself, who would "choose" to be treated the way you treat gay people? I love gays I hate ignorance.

  • So the only reason you can see for his eviction of the roommate is "homophobia?" Could there be any OTHER reason, e.g., wanting to move his buddy? He carefully deposited the guy's check then threw him out, as for being homophobic, if he really was he never would have moved into that nest of homosexuals. He was trying to use that fke phobia as an excuse to kick him out illegally.

  • I have loads of white straight friends

  • Plantiff features especially his eyes tells me that this person can be 2 faced at anytime

  • The plaintiff is hot.

  • Try being a straight white guy. Everywhere I go, people are biased toward treating me like Adolf Hitler and Mitt Romney's love child.

  • @gnortznitz oh yes. You have it SO rough.

  • I don't really get most of the comments on here. JJ was being impartial and fair in her verdict in my opinion. I really don't think Richard should have been shown favoritism just because he kicked him out for being homophobic. If they knew each other before he moved Avery in then he should've been aware of his "homophobia' (Unless he met Avery off CL) Although I'm kinda wondering why they were share a loft together (if Avery was so anti-gay) but anyway. @lgbtTV4 thanks for the upload.

  • hmmm that defendant is hawt!

  • So, if a person thinks homosexuality is wrong, they think they are right . But, if other ppl think that person is wrong, does it make them right? hmmmmm?????

  • ok, I got it. The Son is gay, afraid to tell dad, he is frustrated and so he goes around bashing. I find, the ppl most offensive in these matters, are the ones who are least secure in their sexuality. So it makes me laugh, when I see ppl post negative remarks and call names, I always think, well, maybe if they realized why and "came out", they would be happier. (sorry if some of my terms are not PC, dont keep up with it)

  • @lgbtTV4 Actually, JJ is a qualified arbitrator. That's why a lot of retired judges and lawyers have these court shows. And no one forces the litigants to be on the show.

  • @irvingklaw57 wrote "JJ is a qualified arbitrator"

    ---

There is no such thing since there is no NECESSARY certifying body. Several groups offer their own certification, but they're not legally required to be an arbitrator. Anyone can be an arbitrator as long as the parties agree to it via contract. No expertise or knowledge is needed. Judy can be an actor with no legal training, and her decisions would still be binding if the participants signed a legal contract agreeing to it.

  • @lgbtTV4 I think what is important is that JJ is an experienced arbitrator. Experience is different than just being accredited by a university..

  • @gilkich wrote "JJ is an experienced arbitrator"

    ---

Oh god, no... judges are not experience arbitrators, especially JJ. Judges are managers, whereas arbitrators are diplomats and negotiators. Judges do not negotiate, and judges don't have expertise in any specific case. Arbitrators should have some expertise, i.e. if it's a case about computers, both sides would likely choose an arbitrator who knew computers. Arbitrators take days on a case, not the 10-45 mins JJ does.

  • @irvingklaw57 wrote "That's why a lot of retired judges and lawyers have these court shows"

    ---

No, they're on these shows because producers approach them to be on the show, and it's not based on their legal minds. Being former judges add a PR authenticity the producers want, but has no legal basis. A good example is Judy's husband, Judge Jerry Scheindlin. The People's Court hired him simply because of his wife. In fact, every show has a legal team who supercedes the judge.

  • @irvingklaw57 The silliness of JJ is illustrated by the fact that she was a NY judge yet the show is taped in CA. And opening scenes imply a NY court. So which state's laws are applied? Basically, she can misapply or even make up laws and make it binding as long as it doesn't conflict with actual law. She can't be censured, and answers to no one but the Producers and Nielsen Ratings. Real arbitrators find facts via Discovery. Her idea of fact finding is "I don't believe you!"

  • @lgbtTV4 It's my understanding that television justices use the civil litigation laws from the states the litigants are from - what can and can't be sued for, monetary caps on settlements, and so on. That may or may not be accurate but the only thing these shows teach you are the many many many reasons you should never lend anybody money and always get things in writing.

  • @irvingklaw57 Also the participants sign a form agreeing to comply with the rulings regarding items. (Cars, trucks, phones, etc.)

  • Richard's cute. I'd gladly take Avry's place. I'm in LA, hollaaa!

  • @irvingklaw57 wrote "Richard's cute. I'd gladly take Avry's place"

    ---

Heh. You're braver than me. I couldn't live platonically with someone I had a crush on. There would be too much tension. I've learned that from the MANY crushes I've developed on straight friends, In those cases, I had no chance. But if the guy was gay yet had no interest in me, things would be so much more difficult. So it's repulsive and female roomies for me all the way!

  • I love Judge Judy, but I hate how she constantly complains about the cases presented before her. Deep down she has to know that these cases are going to be typical. It's a show with producers, so of course they're going to dish out a healthy helping of wacky cases.

BTW I don't believe she's really put off by these cases.

  • plaintiff needs to move back home with his father.

  • WTF! No one's talking about the case in these comments. Everyone's ranting about homosexuality and what not. Dip out, losers! There was nothing in the case about homophobia. Even the title of the video is misleading.

    BS!

  • @Desi4evah wrote "There was nothing in the case about homophobia. Even the title of the video is misleading"

    ---

While the judgment was not about homophobia, watch the litigants' thoughts at the closing credits. Does that sound like "nothing"? Look up the definition of "nothing."

As for why people are "ranting" about homosexuality, this is a gay channel, so isn't that expected? Don't like the title? Look at the official description from the studio at 0:23.

  • @lgbtTV4 OK OK. Calm down. You got me out of context.

  • @Desi4evah wrote "OK OK. Calm down. You got me out of context."

    ---

What context? The context where you called us "losers" for discussing the gay aspects? :)

  • @lgbtTV4 Are you a loser?

  • @Desi4evah Define "loser."

  • @lgbtTV4 The one I am replying to right now.

    Good bye!

  • @Desi4evah Haha... You have a sharp tongue, rip that shit up.

  • @reymatt76 Only after you mind your business.

  • @Desi4evah Everything that I can read is my business. If you want me to mind it, then make sure I can't read it.

  • @reymatt76 Then suck it up and shove it up your ass. No one has to deal with it, but yourself. PPhhhss!

  • @Desi4evah I prefer to just leave it in my mouth, but either hole works for me.

  • Umm.. They are both handsome men and they both look alike. LOL. The D looks like bearded version of the P. LOL.

  • Homosexuals provide needed services to humanity by diverting their resources to their biological families (mothers/fathers/brothers/sisters/nephews/nieces); they do not need to reproduce; their brothers/sisters/cousins do that for them.

  • JJ has always been pro-gay marriage. Says it in a lot of interviews. not sure why you're arguing with fools tho. The D is not gay, but a remarkable human being for being against homophobia. The P is homophobic because he is gay

  • @musicluvr708 It is hard to gauge what her true feelings are on any issue from interviews. Remember she is a celebrity after all and has to watch what she says. I am reminded in particular of an interview in which she claimed to like Obama, yet every offhand political comment she makes on this programme is so completely opposite of Obama's position so that I don't believe her quite frankly. It makes me question anything she says outside her own court show.

  • the defendant is as gay as a parrot on Liberace's patio

  • @chrstw71

    1) What is the "homosexual agenda"?

    2) How does it differ from basic civil rights?

    3) Hows would this "agenda" adversely affect society? Give data, references and specific examples. Use real cases from countries with full gay equality, i.e. Sweden, the Netherlands, Canada, South Africa, etc -- what were the negative consequences?

    4) Justify your position against urban theorist Richard Florida's studies showing that gays actually IMPROVE the neighborhoods they inhabit.

    Haha!

  • @chrstw71 Of course, you ignored ALL of my points, and included NO studies or data. And even your argument is logically flawed.

    > homosexual relationship does not sustain life

So? Are infertile couples denied rights? How about postmenopausal women? Or couples who CHOOSE not to procreate? Show me just ONE law pertaining to civil rights or marriage that use procreation as a criterion.. Do couple have to agree to procreate before they can marry? What if they change their minds?

  • @lgbtTV4 You're my hero.

  • @lgbtTV4 You are the rarest of creatures: an intelligent poster in the Youtube Comments section.

  • @chrstw71 wrote

    > "If every man was gay and every woman was a lesbian, then humanity would become extinct"

Pointless since that's not reality. You can also say if every man was a Catholic priest then humanity would cease. Are priests denied rights? And if everyone is celibate then humanity would cease. Are the celibate denied rights? Etc, etc.

Most gay men and pre-menopausal lesbians can procreate more than a 50 y/o woman, so do they deserve more rights than her? Think about it.

  • @lgbtTV4 The laws of nature do not allow a homosexual relationship to bring forth life. If a healthy priest has sex with a woman, they can procreate. Priests choose to be celibate. Infertile women and menopausal women can, in some instances take fertility treatment and reproduce with their male partners. Two homosexual men CAN NOT reproduce because the laws of nature does not permit it. There is no need for research in this regard. The same goes for lesbians.

  • @lgbtTV4 A homosexual relationship is unnatural because it does not agree with the laws of nature. Anal sex does not bring forth life, in fact it brings forth disease because the human body rejects it. The anus has E coli. In my opinion, if homosexuality is to be compared with any thing, it should be compared with the behaviours of pedophilia and bestiality. People engaged in bestiality have a strong sexual attraction to animals, which is parallel to that felt by homosexuals.

  • @lgbtTV4

You forgot to mention that straight couples sometimes "throw away" their kids to an orphanage, and if the law accepted gay couples to adopt these kids the goverment wouldn't have to support them, and the kids would have a loving family.

    Sorry for the English.

    Thanks for Google Translator. :)

  • @chrstw71 Seek some therapy you sick fuck. Pedophilia?! What planet are you from? I'm assuming you are exactly the type of person who would molest children. You disgust me. What a waste for society you must be. Again, seek help. Immediately. And get your facts straight. Although I'm guessing your non-existent brain has a hard time processing anything.

  • @sadaffair Either you are naturally stupid or deliberately dumb. I am stating that homosexual behaviour appears to be similar to pedophilia and bestiality and is therefore unnatural. How does this statement make me sick?

  • @chrstw71 Because you're probably one of those Republican idiots who go around spouting homophobic bullshit while sucking dick on the down low. Fuck you and your b.s. You're no different from the Muslims and their Sharia bullshit. Both of you want to impose a theocracy; the good thing is though, this is America and if a Rick Santorum frothy-type gets into office & tries to impose a Christian version of Sharia, well, we all have our guns & you Christians will get yours. Fuck you and god bless :)

  • @james1200 You seem to be paranoid, take your medication. Homosexuality does not confirm to the laws of nature and is therefore harmful and unsustainable.

  • @chrstw71 You seem stupid. End your life.

  • @chrstw71 I hate when homos say "we had sex" you didn't have sex... you buttfucked him -- sex defines an act between a man and a woman or animals! for the purpose of reproduction.

  • I know you have an entire speech ready to roll out, assembly-line style, for most people. And I don't disagree with you on most of your points - for me that is all beside the point.

What I want to know is what do you expect of those who disapprove of homosexuality, but basically leave homosexuals alone? Is there any tolerance for different opinions in your opinion. And I am just asking you; you don't need to feel that you have to speak for an entire demographic if you don't want to.

  • @lgbtTV4 LOL. In the case of South Africa, I can assure you, they do not permit gay marriage because of any ethical conflicts. Think about its location and its history and the events of the last 30 years and you'll understand why South Africa allows gay people to marry each other (hint: it's not civil rights related). :)

  • @reymatt76 wrote "South Africa allows gay people to marry each other (hint: it's not civil rights related). :)"

    ---

What are you referring to? A South African colleague tells me that their Constitution includes gay equality because Nelson Mandela specifically asked for it. As a fugitive, he was helped by an openly-gay director, Cecil William, which endeared Mandela to gay rights. Why is that "not civil rights related"?

BTW, my original post said "gay equality," not "gay marriage."

  • @lgbtTV4 Nope. It has more to do with controlling the spread of AIDS than it does with the equality bullshit, esp. considering the fact that the African nations surrounding South Africa have all but made it a punishable offense to be homosexual or to even know a homosexual in some instances.

  • @reymatt76 Do you have evidence? My research is in AIDS, and my forementioned S African colleague has been an HIV activist since the 90's so I'm sure he'd know the history of gay rights in his country.

Your reasoning makes no sense because S Africa is an HIV- Pattern II country, so MSM (aka gay) transmission has little impact. Legalizing prostitution would be more effective than gay equality or gay marriage.

And yes, I know African homophobia well, and have posted videos about it.

  • @lgbtTV4 No, I have no evidence other than South Africa's abysmal human rights record and the rampant, state sanctioned homophobia of neighboring nations as well as others in the region. Also if you were as bright as you alleged, you would have known that apostrophes are not used to pluralize nouns and you would have written the term "'90s" with an apostrophe before the "9" instead of the "s."

  • @lgbtTV4 sorry I mean tto say "they don't prohibit gay marriage..." in the sentence in the beginning, not "permit."

  • @reymatt76 wrote "Well, I see why you're a nurse and not a writer... "

    ---

Huh? When did I say I was a nurse? I'm actually a grad student in Medical Physics with a background in Human Sexuality, and am currently a Medical Research Analyst in HIV Neurology. As for writing, yes, I edit research papers for journal publication.

  • @lgbtTV4

    Arbitrator + Judge = whatthefuckareyousmoking

"a legal technique for the resolution of disputes outside the courts"

Where Gikich got an arbitrator, we shall never know... If Judge Judy is anything it would be "That lady that yells a lot and insults people".

  • @Kevster4569 That's exactly why the legal profession hates her. She gives judges a bad name. In fact, Judge Joseph Wapner -- arguably the first famous TV judge (of The People's Court) is in a public feud with Judy about this exact issue. He thinks she's a disgrace because of the yelling and insults. Google "wapner judge judy."

What's scandalous is that she makes $26-$30 million/yr and has a private jet for "working" just 3 days every OTHER week for a few months of the year.

  • @lgbtTV4 That's a sweeping generalization, to assume that an entire profession hates one person because of her handling of cases and the negative stereotype she gives to them. Also Judge Wapner, who is almost 100, was not much better than JJ in terms of being a cranky old person during his days on The People's Court. A fact that TV shows like SNL lampooned from time to time. I remember because I'm old enough to remember watching The People's Court every day from 3-4 from 1st grade 'til 10th.

  • @lgbtTV4

I didn't know anything about that, interesting. She makes roughly 45 million a year though. I believe people just like her because she DOES yell at people in her court. However when a judge yells at someone it should be for serious matters, such as, (Judge yells at molested kid's mother in court-- cannot provide link sadly, just google or youtube it) not for stupidity. Granted pointing the fact out is always nice.

  • @lgbtTV4 I meant that for another clip obviously or I wouldn't have erased it.

  • @lgbtTV4 Wow. Someone with intelligence. Ya don't find a lot of that here in the comments section of youtube.

  • @lgbtTV4 Have you ever considered writing articles or appearing on talk shows? You make your points concise, articulate and best of all, thought provoking. Good job and good luck!

  • For what it's worth, the defendant Richard Andrade is definitely my type. :) I don't know if he's gay, but if he's straight and hates homophobia, then he's even hotter. My coworkers think he's straight because of the woman with him, but she can be a friend or witness. One person even said that he's just using homophobia as an excuse to get rid of the roommate. And two nurses are debating which guy is cuter. :) One nurse even thinks the father is hot.... ugh.

  • I can't stand Judge Judy Scheindlin or these types of shows, but from what I've heard, she's gay-friendly. There's a video on YouTube with Judy giving her support for gay marriage.

  • How can you not like Judge Judy?

  • @SchweitzerMan Ugh ... she is to the Law as "Dr" Phil is to Psychology -- neither are respected by their colleagues. Judy makes about $26 million a year for doing basically nothing. She gets to choose the cases, have her assistants do the research, then decides the verdict before taping. Everything you see is just an excuse to embarrass the participants since the verdict is already decided, Experts say these shows warp people's sense of how the law works, and she gives judges a bad name..

  • @SchweitzerMan A lot of people wonder how she has so much legal power since she's a retired judge. Actually. she has no legal power and these shows exploit poor people who can't afford legitimate legal proceedings. So they sign a contract with the show, agreeing to never take the case to the case to a real court. In return, the show pays the verdict (so the loser doesn't actually lose any money, just his/her dignity) and probably some expenses.

  • @lgbtTV4 wow really? how do u know all that?
