I've actually seen this happen to news casters, etc, a few times on live tv a few years ago. usually the camera quickly pans away from them when it happens. its totally different than the pixelated effect you sometimes see with a bad satelitte signal. also it has nothing to do with low quality cameras. these are the "professional news" channels, they have the best cameras out there.

I am highly aware of this but I don't trust the vids. where it goes black and white and their clothes change. To catch a real one.... you need to concentrate on looking for slitted eyes and scaly type changes on their skin. Sometimes you can catch the forked tongue and teeth morphs, and make sure nothing fishy is going on elsewhere on the film. HD vids. are preferred, and they need to come from an original source.Those vids. are out there... For instance, I caught Bush Sr. & Jr. multiple times.
