I have been in a situation like this. I was in Samoa(home of 3yrs) when the tsunami had hit. So to see this happen in NZ with the same situation that happened in Samoa, it made me cry.....

I first heard about it a 6:45pm on the tuesday after a very long and hard day. I was on my way home, wet, dirty and half undressed in my car. I was so shocked I kinda just wept the whole way home. Well till my boss rang up and complained I didn't do enough work.

You can't just look at wreckage from a building and come to those conclusions from watching it on television, all those buildings were severly weakened by first earthquake in september this second one was far far more violent than the last and for many of the already weakened structures it was too much.

Funny how the retards hit the keyboards when a tragedy strikes. Good to see normal people are sympathetic about the quake. Sad that there are people out there that live to see people suffer. I'm a kiwi and have had numerous holidays in Australia and can truly say it is a great country. We need more people who elevate others in time of need.
