The hatred that has been unleashed against a poor girl at breaking point trying to bring up kids in this utter cess-pit of a country (which, prior to mass immigration was once a most beautiful place to live), really is quite unbelievable. Particularly taking into account the helplessness of her situation, and that only words have brought all this on.
To then imprison her, and throw her children into institutions for Christmas is really the last straw.
It really is too much.

Of course, I also mentioned "Jallianwala Bagh massacre" as a milder example for genocide. England in its past immigrated (that too, forcefully) around the word and committed Jallianwala Bagh-like incidents, which could be treated as genocide. Govt. sponsored immigration is not genocide; if it is, then it is the Govt to be blamed!

Each and every person in this world has right to their Freedom of Speech, but FoS is subject to respect of the rights and reputation of others. The first article says “All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.” I fail to see this spirit in the tram incident in the YouTube video. FoS cannot be used as an excuse for abusive, foul language – that too in front of children

The treatment of this woman is truly abhorrent!

This is also confirmed by the fact that the CPS claim that she has been remanded "for her own safety" in which case, in the absence of any threat to self-harm, any disruption of "public order" causing such grave fears for her safety as to warrant removal from public access has most definitely been from other persons, and it must follow that the CPS must pursue and charge those persons immediately without any further ado.

If indeed, a public order offence has been committed, then, due to the fact that no action was taken, or intended by the constabulary prior to the uploaded video going viral, then any "public order" offence arising from such a set of circumstances is most certainly from the comments (or threats) made under the video, and not from the original incident.
In this respect, the wrong person has then been incarcerated, and the uploader of the video has caused a breach of the peace.

She must be released immediately, and reunited with her children, and recompensed for this disgusting affair.
All of those who have made threats against her, her children, or her family must be traced brought to court immediately, as it was deemed a matter of safety to prevent their access to her. The Crown Prosecution Service apparently has details of these persons, on whioch previous decisions have been made.
Those people must be apprehended NOW.

You cannot charge someone on their reaction to a situation - and reaction ir was. To do so is entrapment.
It can never be known what was being said or shouted at her before or during the filming because the recording device was using a directional microphone, and so could only pick up from directly in front - that is, from Emma's reaction (except where it was turned for a brief period). The microphone being used intentionally cuts out background noise. - Only the person in camera is heard.

She was guilty of stating the truth - flooding the country with millions of immigrants has been disastrous for for everything and everybody in this country.
She is entirely correct, and also entitled to shout out about it. She has young children.
It was perhaps an unwise choice of words and place to do so, but she is entirely within her rights.

There are no charges that can be brought.
