online or your Dr. should have one if you ask. Otherwise I have heard that farming supply stores carry them but I don't know from experience.

you def. could. they do make pumps specificly for "clits" but I would be nervous doinging for a long period of time without T. That is just me personally though...

instead of drilling a hole you should just buy a cheap blood pressure cuff. the bulb has a release valve.
