I love matte shadows better! i just got mine today ahh i love it ... got home and opened it but i noticed my mirror was blurry? i was mad ima go to sephora and exchanged it i guess but other than that love love love

@SimplyAnaisabel The mirror is not blurry. There is a film of sorts that is over the mirror so it will not get broken during shipping of the product. It is a thin film that sticks to the mirror. It is similar to what would be on a new cell phone over the screen so it won't get broken during shipping. Take the film off. Peel it off at the edge of the mirror -- it will peel off just fine. Promise -- your mirror is just fine. :-)

@PianoGirl555 I'd probably get the matte pallete, but either 1 or 2 should be fine.... with a matte palette i feel like you could cover it with a shimmery eyeshadow, but matte is probably the safest way to go! :)

@thelovleypriscilla The original Naked palette is more smokey and warm toned, the Naked2 only has 2 or 3 dark colors and both palettes have 3 matte colors so if you got the original Naked palette it wouldn't have more matte colors.

iI find MATTE eyeshadows to be more wearable. I do like to add a little shimmer to the ball of my eye and just below the arch of my eyebrow. I wish makeup GURUS did more eyemakeup tutorials using MATTE eyeshadows.
