Thanks for posting such an interesting clip. I was wondering watching it, as a long time resistance trainer and martial artist I have always learned that the body can only handle so many nutrients, carbs and protein in one sitting, and thats why we eat 6-8 meals a day consisting of around 20-30 grams of protein, no more than 40 grams of carbs and so on. Is that something you have not found to be true in your experiments? Thanks in advance, Adam

@thenaiverambler your body only needs a certain amount of nutrients/minerals/vitamins at any time..........so if you are eating more than you need to, the body will store some but it's limited so alot will pass through your system with waste...... and waste is a great shame, 6-8 meals a day is excessive.... the body needs rest also not just your muscles.

Your weak jaw muscles and blunt teeth won't even get through it's hide if you were even to catch it in the first place. humans are adaptable which has served us in survival situations, like ice ages and harsh winters, but naturally we veer towards plants and tree fruit.

I may not be able to take down a large animal like a lion can, but I've personally caught fish, birds, reptiles, amphibians and mammals all by hand. We're so far from recognizing what the optimal human form is. Humans should not have to work out ever in order to maintain muscle from birth to death. All teeth should accommodate the jaw & gums including wisdom teeth. Gums should be full & fleshy. Teeth should stay full white. The skin should have closed pores & constant shine. Hair should be isolated to the scalp, eyebrows & face (mustache or beard in men depending on ethnicity). No body hair. There should never be receding hairline / balding.

I really would love to see you use a better juicer. eujuicers has all of the major juicers and blenders that are available in the U.S. including the omega 8005, 8006 and omega vert juicers. Looks like a fairly inexpensive but quality Breville Juicer. I paid $160 Canadian for mine. Extremely powerful, two speeds for softer versus harder vegetables/fruits, and cleans very easily(Even the filter when you use a brush).
I started a juice cleanse but only made it three days. I had a lot of emotional reactions to the attachment to food come up. I've been using The Sedona Method program again for dealing with my emotional baggage that is connected with food. It's the greatest program.
I dont know why but if I were to put 5 or 6 bananas in my green smoothies I would have my head spinning for a few hours after. I love bananas and dates but they dont seem to like me in higher numbers like that

I believe in moderation most of all. I have a hard time with absolutists who say that one bite of cooked food somehow poisons you because it's "dead". You have a good balance as far as I can see.
haha ya fast if you have a breville (i fixed my trainers and tested it for a week) however I have an omega auger juicer and its way way way slower that the breville. Almost painfully slow and everything has to be cut really small.
@tbayguy hey , i'm a total noob on all this ,actually i don't even have a juicer yet. but could you tell if its ok to have a 1000 calories , a meal essentially , in a drink? like i read that chewing is our bodies way of knowing how much it food its gonna need to break down (hence why they say chewing gum is bad for us cause your stomach thinks food is on the way) do you not feel very bloated from a meal in a cup? & is there no goodness left in the dry stuff that u throw away out of the juicer ??
@finpank Hi I cant afford to organic green juice much and my main focus is on green smoothies that I make in my blender. I mostly use my omega juicer to make banana smoothies now :) Green juice is great for bombarding the body with nutrients but it is too low in cals when your on a budget so I prefer to make 600 or 700 cal green smoothies with 30g protein or so from hemp, and pumpkin seed protein powders and my vega smoothie mix. Smoothies are a good meal esp with chia seed added
exactly, I could never give up my oatmeal for breakfast with blackstrap molasses to be all raw. I figure non-processed organic (when possible) vegan eating is 1000 times better than most people eat without getting all twisted up in percentage of raw food.
Have you ever had raw oat groats. Just soak them overnight, rinse and put in blender with some hot water and maybe some cinnamon and raisins. I think it tastes better.

I will however look around to see if I can find some raw oatgroats and at least try it once. :) Thanks
