I forgot that he does have a slight macabre humor in regard to death, but it's good to know that he respected and enjoyed working with Ian Marter.

I know that Ian was cast because they thought the Doctor would be older than Tom, but he still did a wonderful job working with Sladen and Baker as Harry. It's my favorite of the three time traveler combinations, just beating out Jamie/Zoe and the second Doctor.
