lol I've been down both roads so I know sounds can be decieving. I've had fast quiet cars and loud slow cars. The other thing I forgot to mention is the camera that was used to take the video. It's far away and looks to be just a regular digital camera which has terrrible sound qualities so it can't actually pick up the Db level for both of those reasons and the car could be helaciously loud in real life. My digital camera did the same thing to my truck exhuast.
