You can get this series on DVD on a Region 1 set. It has all of the 26 English dubbed episodes. There are 13 "lost" episodes that were not dubbed, only in Japanese. I now own this DVD set and will use a region free DVD player to play it on.

I loved this show when i was a kid. Everytime it went to commercial i would run to the kitchen & tell my mom what had just happened in the show and then run back to watch more. 25 yrs later it just seems like someone took acid & made a weird cartoon. Maybe i'm just old now or maybe it's because I'm American but I don't get it anymore, naked chic living in a flower with a little boy dumping water on her just doesnt seem right :)

i wanna move to B 6 12. Born in columbus ohio in 77 we were on the groundfloor for what was to become nickelodeon. Started as pinwheel in 5 hour blocks a day locally until MTV came along and picked it up and it became Nickelodeon. Was not part of original Pinwheel but was on original Nick Lineup with You can;t do that on television, Mr Wizard, Today's Special and others. Then Came Nick at nite. Does anyone have any turkey tv episodes that ran on nick at nite before the reuns?

that episode is the actual book...i'd imagine this is some adaptation to the book. the book starts in the dessert, when he meets the french guy..but he asks for the sheep as soon as he meets "Antoine", and h e doesnt really meet other people from Earth...but this looks like a nice cute cartoon....Growing up my mom would read me the book over and over again, which I recommend to you if you havent read it...it is my favorite book after the Alchemist, and i have quote from it tattooed on my neck
