As a pretty avid AMV fan, i think i can offer some valuable creative criticism. The quality of the audio and the black bars around the video are pretty much the first things you should concentrate on. Second, you chose an insanely hard anime to make an AMV out of. Try finding a good geass AMV. There aren't many (watch?v=Xw_oJb7G_Pg). Probably one of the easiest animes to edit is Soul Eater. Also, i get why you use the 1st and last few seconds for info and stuff but that's mostly done in the bar.
