hey . ive been watching your video on how to get the clockworksmod to work on the g tablet and for some reason i do everthing u say to the t . But evertime im put it in recovery mode it stays on that screen and it also has a addittional line that says " Booting recovery kernel image " ive tried both ways to install it but nothing is working . Can u please help with a video or a message . I hope i added a good amount of info for u to help
You've got me sold on this. I've been a stock Droid user for some time and have yet to try to root a device. I think I have an idea now from your demo but I'm still confused as to how to get to or get clockworkmod onto the g tablet. Any advice appreciated
Thx for upping the videos. Looking forward to picking mine up.
I was wondering what the setting were on the AD video you tried, was it a standard xvid file? If so, could you try out some higher-def videos like 480p or even 720p? Just curious how well it handles them if at all.
@bstock I was viewing avi's at 480p. I have one video in 720p, and it looks about the same. I think that is a limitation of the players currently not taking advantage of the Tegra's video capabilities. I read that Nvidia is releasing some code to help with this soon.
Thanks for all the great videos ehunyadi. Keep em coming!
Hey do you mind in your next video, show some extensive flash viewing in the browser. I'd love to see how flash videos on sites like cnn.com, etc.... work.
I've seen flash video shown briefly (on youtube,etc...), but you could show some flash heavy sites.
@y2flyy I demo'd CNN and I will also check some other sites with more flash as well. The stock browser is good, but I find that Dolphin HD is even better at dealing with Flash-heavy sites. I will be demoing it in one of my videos later today or tomorrow.
@LRiley15 Look for the Viewsonic G Tablet section, and then within it are four sections. Go into the one called G Tablet Android Development, and then the TnT thread by Roebeet. It has the link to the 2.04 update in there as well as instructions and warnings. Good luck!

@mikederensis Visit xda-developers. They have step-by-step instructions on how to get Clockworkmod onto the G-Tab. Very easy to do!

@ehunyadi can you do a review of Tango (application for video calling) and using the Front Facing Camera and such over wifi?
Also interested in seeing Dolphin Browser HD used on the tablet...if you have a moment.
