That was a very weird glitch !

Also, after that was done, I started a new file and, when it started, the park inspector hasen't appeard !!

i have the socked expanded pack and wild but i dont have the dirt. i can dig and all but i cant do what you can in 0:42. How do get that kind of dirt?

I have RCT3 Gold, USA version. No addons or hacks. Gold is RCT + Soaked in one disc. If you have the soaked expansion, I don't know what the problem is. :(

to stop him complaining and get rid of him for good do this. go to the staff management tab and click on his. go into thoughts or general info (can't remember which) but somewhere you should find a button that if you click on it will stop his thoughts from going to the messages tab. then remove the park inspector from the staff list and it's like he was never there! :D

You click on Scenery (the tree and fence) and click on the grass tab. Scroll down a ways and find Terrain Block (small).

Note that I have the soaked expansion pack, so that might be your issue.
