Joomla 1.5 -Prevent and Recover from a site hack

just a surgestion, have a acount named admin but give the acount all the power of a regular user, then have a seperet acount that you are admin on

Lol. Check out a cpanel tutorial on how to change the language. You might not be able to read your own site, but you can navigate by the pictures.
