ok first i have this app on my desire s and it works very fine and 20 times faster than this version, i only must say: u can only pitch .wav files , that is not so beautiful, cause who of us use .wav? eveybody have ogg or mp3 so... but the rest of this app is very good now

I tried angry birds out in the store the other day on one of those and it was so laggy it crashed the first level of angry birds. Took 30 seconds to load the home screen and another min. To load the game again after that level I gave up picked up iPad and it was as fast as I could touch so why bother? And why does droid bother if there not going to have the same stats as the competition and then claim they do more they also have less apps and games they get we've had for 4 yrs already

We have to say we are amazed this video has been viewed (and laughed at) more than 30k times now. Please be aware that this video was to demonstrate how awful both the software and hardware was 1 year ago. We guess that like most of you we thought "can you DJ on a tablet". Even thought the software has improved a bit, and the hardware has improved a lot, it's our opinion that you can't really DJ multiple audio sources on a tablet because you don't have multiple sound cards to monitor with.

@tabletstoreuk The new version with tegra tablets works quite well. And they have added single deck mode a year ago by my request, so you can use the tablets as DJ-decks and use a external mixer. Which you can then also use to beatmatch the songs since you can prelisten to both decks

@stsfin thanks for the info. we don't sell android devices any more so haven't looked any further into what is available, but of course the hardware has got much better, so it's nice to hear the software has too. Ideally one could use a single tablet like a pacemaker, but i doubt anyone will make a dual soundcard tablet. Until then a tablet is at best a single deck. Still it's good that people can play around with music using a device they already own for very little investment.

If u let the background analysis finish, it runs a lot smoother, and btw the you can actually get it to beat match by iteslf. Runs ok on my htc inspire

reason why the app is running so slow is that tablet isn't high end one probably cheap one, you can find android tablets such as galaxy tab which is 1ghz is what you wanna look for or higher to run apps like that. also the Android OS takes factor too if your running 1.6 or 2.1 and so on
