Ehm my tongue has the same color as the rest of my mouth a nice looking pink. I once upon a time had these every now and then when I was younger. I then heard that like 70% of the bacteria in the mouth are on the tongue. I started to use a tongue scraper every day and they disapeared havent seen em since.

Your tongue should be pink if its snowwhite as in this video then its full of bacteria. If you suffer from bad breath or this shit then scrape your tongue every day and I wish you best of luck.

All you have to do is buy a Waterpik and buy a throat irrigation tip for it (look it up on Amazon) and just bascially pressure wash them out with it. Better than digging around in your tonsils and making them bleed, etc.

@flygirlpl1 I had tonsil stones for years, but I read somewhere that by cutting out sugars and starches from your diet would help get rid of them. I tried this about 2 years ago and I have been tonsil stone free ever since!

I've had these for years, and just found out what they were just the other day through Google. Every doctor I asked just acted like they didn't hear me. I thought it was just me and my daughter. I have been pulling them out with a dental scaler instrument. I now know that gurgling with peroxide and warm water desolves them and helps with the bad odor.
