If not a local Systema seminar I still would think of it is a crappy snake oil scheme.

Fortunately after doing full contact for years I was still open for new ideas and damn... I got plenty to digest.

Now after several months of testing it I can not even think of training without using Systema principles. I still do full contact but it is like I switched from linear to 3 dimensional vision.

All I can say is find a reputable instructor and try it. You will not regret it.
