  • I've just watched a couple of videos demonstrating how to create a buttonhole but they used a slightly different method and they were very fast! This one seems much easier and I'm confident I'll be able to follow it, thank you!

  • Very clear instructions. Running off to try my first buttonhole! Thanks.

  • Thank you do very much ! Very informative especially for a beginner !!! Great video !!!

  • Thank you, this is done very well. Clearly explained, and clearly shown. Good job! Also, your voice is very pleasant. :-)

  • Thank you, this is done very well. Clearly explained, and clearly shown. Good job!

  • You say to-may-to I say tom-ma-to. Either way, it's still a buttonhole where one row of stitches is missing! :) I hope you found the video helpful regardless.

  • It is indeed a buttonhole, and all of your videos are wonderfully done and clear. And I thank you very much.

It's just that a one row buttonhole is completed on one row. Euny Jang has a video with that technique, as well as KnittingHelp.

Your video is the classic two row buttonhole.

  • This is a two row buttonhole, not a one row.

  • Super simple!! Thanks a lot!! :)

  • Thank you so much for this. It is the clearest explanation I've ever seen. Thanks again!

  • awesome - this is so much clearer than other videos I've seen!
