Heard Syd had named two of his cats Pink and Floyd (after these 2 blues artists of course) back when they were called "The Tea Set" - and then they showed up at a gig where another group was already listed on the bill as being The Tea Set....and the rest is history.....

I heard of them, big pink floyd fan, but never heard them. I feel Floyd has a better voice. Just My oppinion.
