This song can be improved upon in a lot of ways. I know it sounds real cool the first few times, but after a while when you know all the melodies you can clearly hear notes that just don't fit. Some times he rushes things. He needs to learn to eliminate some of the interstitial parts and focus on playing the solos and the mode and key changes well. Then the songs will be real good and tight.

i think to get this sound u need drive but just put the distortion really low till u can hear just a bit and then i guess mess wit u Eq. till u like it xD btw i love 3:13..:p

JerryC is good.. And this song ain't to hard.. I have played over a year and I'm learing it now.. but I think the fast part will be a HUGE problem.. but he ain't the best guitarsit. his good, but not a god.. but still, a very lovly song =)

No offense, but you can't judge him because he doesn't always play fast shit. And this type of playing takes experience, I highly doubt a person who only played one year can play this cleanly and with the right feeling.

well the actual playing of the song may not be THAT hard (a long way off easy) but every note he hits is absolutely perfect, incredible quality of playing, its not just the song hes playing its how hes playing it, quite possibly the cleanest sound ive ever heard out of a guiatr, this bloke is incredible
