  • its ok not as fast as my chevy nova tho lol

  • sounds like an airbus over my head ;-)

  • Not the fastest

  • I bet you didnt video that in Quebec.

  • thats a lie the train is called th TGV and reaches a top speed of over 200 mph

  • I like trains.

  • Silly train, you cant be a jet!! :]

  • imagine that thing pooping out of the railroads...damn

  • this train is NEVER gone be to late :)

  • That is an insane speed,I dont even want to think what might happen if something was on the track in front the this speed demon! WOW! Awesome!

  • All seriousness! What the Hell is that? It for sure just diappears.

  • check out the left side of the video once the train passes and is pretty much out of site. What is in the air following the train? Can't say that I can identifiy what it is. It seems to disappear or the camera has shitty quality. Maybe a UFO. Whatever it is,it's trying to keep up.

  • @hkerry31 You can clearly hear a jet engine as the train passes, they were probably flying a jet next to it to see if it could go faster, and yes I saw it at the left at 0:16 dissapearing but I'm sure it was just the camera quality.

  • @hkerry31 Yeah, it's a plane, you can see it on other videos :)

  • Installed power: 20.000 kW! like equal 27173 HP!

  • WOW Electric trains are faster and stronger than diesel trains

  • carefull because you know what happened in China.

  • imagine if that train hit someone

  • @4582ferrari : It oftenly happens in France, in sucide's cases, and thus, railworkers & medico-legal employees picks the parts of bodies with "little spoon"; and maintenance employees founds one or two lbs of human flesh in TaGV's spoilers! 8-(|

  • Fucking hell!

  • It sounds like a jet!

  • just imagine if that train would HIT anything going at those speeds! Going more than

300 mph, the main problem would probably be birds getting sucked into something :)

  • I dont think there will be any railroad crossings on that line.

  • @Megahammerheadshark indeed! only russians are dumb enough to put their trains run 170 mph on lines with crossings (and it's true, the russian Sapsan runs on old lines!)

  • @sm6allegro Sounds unsafe

  • wtf

  • Where was this?

  • i was on this train to paris;)

it was good but almost a rollercoaster

  • if that trained DERAILED at 357mph.... NO ONE WILL SURVIVE

  • is the TGV?

  • @georgel19841 : TGV® Duplex train experimental "V150" (m/s), with two locomotives at the ends and two coachs "double stacks" motorised; >27000 HP!!!

  • ...Made In China.....

  • oft!, thts is fast

  • thats loud for not going the speed of sound

  • m8 that was faster than 357 more like 400

  • IT SOUNDS LIKE A AEROPLANE WHEN IT GOSE PASS

  • @ProPiers Yes, because there was also a plain to take some aerial shots from the train. At that speed they sure needed it.

  • omg that soundard like a plane o.o

  • SO.THAT'S 2SD

  • Imagine getting hit by that shit!!

Kid looking at night sky: Look mom!! A shooting star!!

Mom: Well would you look at that?

  • Imagine a derailment at the speed...

  • i dont think i wanna be on a train going that fast...

  • damn chinese. always breaking our world records.

  • @TheError66 this one hasn't been broken by the Chinese

  • did you see that UFO flying with the train ? WTF? cool.

  • How can I take that train? I will travel to France next month. Can somebody tell me in which line this trains is operating? Paris to Nice?

  • @markshen1985 You can use this train from Paris to Nice, but not at 357MPH. The commercial speed is 199MPH.

  • um lance ive seen a few of your vids but you must RLLY LIKE TRAINZ xD

  • not any more....

  • Sometimes a train passing will wake you up at night. But this will make you jump outa bed at 3am...

  • I think Japan has the fastes trains in the world

  • @Rubenmon1 not anymore...

  • @Rubenmon1 Japanese train goes faster, but it does not roll. It uses the magnetic force. French trains hold the world record speed rail for almost 50 years.

  • @stephanedp in fact, the French hold the record since 1990 because in between the German made 406 km/h in 1988

  • @Rubenmon1 : In facts, they're the most efficient for punctuality and frequence between two trains. that's the essential fact, really.

  • this is not the worlds fastest train

  • Imagine if there was a zombie apocalypse and u drove that train back and forth through zombies? omfg tht would be SHWEET

  • so badass

  • if i could take a guess its the shinkensen tgv

  • @trevormuollo24 shinkansen and TGV are 2 different trains, shinkansen is japanese and TGV french. this is a french TGV

  • Old Technology...Nowhere to go...

  • gotta love how the plan is behind the train lmao at 19seconds

  • fack lol love this video that was fcking fast

  • holy shit

  • Heh. That's not a train. It's an airliner that was bolted to the track and stripped of its wings.

  • Someone try to "Train dodge" it?

  • That is so awesome. We need that one in Canada (Quebec City to WIndsor Corridor).

  • @makinawdandy6699

or one that travals the TCR..from coast to coast..fuck thatd be awesome to be on that thing all the way across the continent..

  • What country is this in? France?

  • @RedPheonix6 :Yes, "Champagne" native country, in eastern Paris, in Germany's direction...

  • sounds like a blue angel

  • Was it a commercial passenger train or did it go so fast just for records.

  • @ashokseven

That was a test run... it just happened to SMASH the world record in the process.... but I think that they were expecting that... I can watch this clip all day.

  • @LanceCampeau give me 1 minute of my life back.

fly , than tell me THIS is fast. ok?

  • @LanceCampeau what is design commercial run speed? and when?? thks

  • @LanceCampeau how in the world can you stop that thing!

  • @LanceCampeau it didnt smash the record, it SMANGED it :)

  • @ashokseven Just for info, the TGV commercial trains cruise arround 210mph

  • @ashokseven Newly built track, raised voltage, permanent magnet motors, increased tension on catenary, it was indeed a special train.

  • fastest? not any more./...

  • thats the frech TGV! i love taking it its soooooo fun

  • I think I would have enjoyed this video more if I didn't have to look at this guys massive e-mail address on the movie.

  • wow why cant we have fast trains in America? I guess war is more important.

  • @silentsteve63 A lot of people die in train related in America, Plus were dumb and don't know how to pick good trains

  • coool

  • lol bug's dont stand a chance to mve b4 SQUASH lol

  • im very impressed with this train, imagine trains in north America with overheated bearing then this thing is all okay at that speed.

  • where was this filmed?

  • holy crap

  • Amazing. He is definitively the fastest train in the world indeed.

    Wow.

  • @Sylvain603 so the train is a guy??

  • @epfourtwonine No I mean. It was actually the fastest train in the world dude.

    That's all.

  • @epfourtwonine hahahahahhaa

  • @Sylvain603 not exactly. Its the worlds fastest train on wheels. The worlds fastest is in Japan...

  • Dude Wait till the AGV comes out.

  • The TGV V150, i.e., the train in this video. was equipped with 2 AGV prototype bogies between the 3 trailing cars. It is actually an EMU in disguise. AGV is a production train aiming to run at 360 km/h in regular service, and it will be no match to this experimental train in terms of shear speed.

  • Yeah i forgot about that but i meant the exterior design Agv when it comes out also Instead of having separate power cars at either end of the train, as current TGVs do, the AGV will have distributed traction with motors under the floors of the passenger carriages.
