  • MJ is by far and away the greatest of all time. I still get Goosebumps watching these old games. The NBA hasn't been the same without him and no player will ever come close to his level of greatness.

  • that was a battle between malone and jordan. malone may have taken the MVP from jordan, but it was jordan that prevailed.

  • jordan just liked to shit on byron russell

  • the mailman doesn't deliver on sundays...

  • what a great time for the nba!!

  • guys whats the song that plays over the PA right after he hits the shot?

  • haha love the special appearances by rodman

  • Lol at Steve Kerr standing there with arms raised at 9:31. Haha!

  • awwww. Jordan wide open

  • ( inhale....) HOW?

  • Winter and Jackson are like"come on MJ,hurry up, gotta go home for a dinner"

  • Jazz just kept chocking. Stockton misses, malone recovers, Malone MISSES both free throws. Then game six stockton misses, Michael makes it, Stockton misses again. Damn, Jazz just choked.

  • when he through it up everybody stood

  • hahahha sad to Rodman and his airballs hahaahahah had me in stitches

  • i miss hearing that. "Jordan. Yes."

  • WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE SONG PLAYED AFTER HE HITS THE SHOT SOMEONE PLEASE!

  • @bigkenna24 rock and roll part 2

  • I remember watching this as a kid. Dang this brings me back memories.

  • Phil Jackson's attitude: Here we go again, another game winner. Its nothing new. Love the Bulls of the 1990's!

  • HOW U GUNA DO THAT TO D. RODMAN!!! Showing all his airballs. Can't lie tho I was laughing my ass off.

  • @Zachrydaman ahha LOL :)

  • /watch?v=PZbs0yHIryA ;)

  • sorry Lebron James lovers....your boy just aint the ice in the veins like MJ did to ice such an amazing clutch finals last shot!!!!!!

lebron normally shits his pants about the time Jordan's killer instinct comes out.

  • @ugotpimp MJ has better cumulative career averages than LBJ--if you compare them at 26, or through 8 seasons MJ's edge is even more pronounced--played better defense, and performed at a much higher level in the playoffs and Finals. However, LeBron is a great player who has a legitimate opportunity to retire top 10, you can hate his personality, but you got to admit he is great.

  • 3 Jazz fans went mad after witnessing Jordan's brilliant game winner.

  • MJ is cold blooded and ruthless. He would drown Aquaman and shove Cryptonite up Superman's ass.

  • Jackson said: " Give the ball to MJ and all get the fuck out of his way".

  • @lumipifeslb Doug Collins said that.

  • @kileer7 Yeah i know:)

  • @lumipifeslb Give and go, baby!

  • No matter how much I watch this, I can never get tired of watching MJ's fadeaway

  • Malone fucking failed

  • @ 7:10

  • Best Play ever and Phil Jackson best coach ever!

  • Theres MJ and theres the rest of us.....I'd throw my life just to see him play again !!!

  • The real MVP( Michael Jordan) made the shots in the clutch. It's funny how people are so bias. They call LeBron a choker for not having a ring, yet Karl Malone, Charles Barkley, John Stockton, Steve Nash, Patrick Ewing, Allen Iverson, Reggie Miller and other hall of famers have never been called chokers for not been able to win it all. Steve Nash has not even reach the Finals yet he's never been called the names LeBron has been called.

  • @Thinker9713

The only reason people give LeBron such a hard time is because he calls himself "The King" and people try to hype him as the best player ever. Just let the guy's career play out and in a few years, we can see who he should be compared to. Comparing him to Jordan, at this point, is just stupid. He reminds me more of Magic Johnson than of Jordan. D-Wade is closer to Jordan than LJ is.

  • @truthisbest Yep, and you know the worst part, it was THE MEDIA that started giving him attention at age 14. It was the media that nicknamed him King James( and LeBron stupidly accepted it). It's some people in the media that compare him with a man that was untouchable in the NBA's biggest stage when LBJ shits his pants every time he reaches that stage.

  • Comment removed

  • I'm stating a comment, no offense intended. If someone asked me if I could compare Michael Jordan to today's NBA stars I would say three players. Kobe Bryant, because of his aggressive style of play, Dirk Nowitzki, because of his shooting talent, and Lebron James, ONLY, and I mean ONLY because of his high flying, dunking skills. (: THAT is Michael Jordan! Pretty Cool.

  • Damn Mike was so cool

  • GOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTTT

  • THE.GREATEST.OF.ALL.TIME. PERIOD!!!!!!! His Mystique, His Class, His Clutch Gene, His Personality, His Stats, His Individual Awards, His 6/6 NBA Championships, His 6/6 NBA Finals MVP's, and The List Can Go On Forever!!!! He Was The Athlete Of The Entire Century!!!!! And When This Century Is Over, They Will Take The Athlete Who Accomplished the Most and Put Him Up Against Jordan and There Will Be NO Comparison!!!!!

  • Love how the fans already knew it was going in. the GOAT. LOL@all these idiots who put Kobe and Lebron at this man's level.

  • why wouldn't you double mj?

come on, jerry sloan. Make someone else beat you.

  • The fact that Karl Malone won the MVP that year disgusts me.

  • sucks malone should have won a ring...too bad

  • which game was it that mJ had a high fever?

  • THEY AREN'T BOOING LUC.

WHEN HE MAKES A BASKET THEY JUST SHOUT HIS FIRST NAME

    LUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCC

  • I remember watching this game and when Michael hit the shot I remember not having much of a reaction thinking Michael does this shit all the time

  • "You know I missed a free throw, Karl comes down and miss 2 free throws, so I mean MVP didn't do much down much down the stretch.. until I was able to knock a shot in down the stretch."

  • I would of loved to be there.

  • Love the tongue hahaha

  • My favorite part is 6:49 when that song, "That's what I like about you" comes on in the Bulls arena. LOL that was definitely the 90's

  • you air ball the ball too if you were checking karl molone the whole game (rodman)

  • You know that the Bulls only ever been to the finals and won championships with Jordan and Pippen?

  • LMAO@MJ "Da MVP Didint do too much down the stretch

  • 3 dislikes?..... must be Kobe fans, lol

  • @jriv27 Kobe's just 1 ring behind mj, and he will tie him this june. Should of said lebron kid, would of been funnier.

  • @DoomDarenxbourg he's 1 ring behind MJ...and? he's also behind MJ in points, rebounds, blocks, steals, assists, game winning shots, regular season MVPs, Finals MVP's n points average per game o and most points scored in the playoffs...btw Kobe wont be getting that 6th tying ring in June, sorry 2 break that 2 you, kiddo, lol

  • @jriv27 Just like jordan is behind Kobe in All-Star MVPs & Pts in 1 game, 81 to 69 in 3 OTs. And Kobe will win his 6th junior! I've been hearing Kobe won't win another title since 2009. Get a clue, this is Kobe league til he retires!

  • @DoomDarenxbourg ur kidding right? 81 points agaist who? the sorryass ranked in the bottom defense Toronto Raptors, lmfao!! yeah n Jordan would'nt score that many in this weak ass NBA that it is 2day, also All Star MVP's? MJ has 6 Finals MVP's, how many Kobe got? this is'nt Kobe's league cuz if he did'nt have an all star team around him which he pretty much does, his ass would'nt be winning shit, wat were the Lakers be4 Gasol got there? thats write 1st round victims, dont count on LA winnin son!

  • @jriv27 Hahah, amen my brother!!!

  • @jriv27 MJ had all stars around him to. Dont get me wrong i agree with u Jordan is better but u cant say kobe would suck without his team mates. Kobe is still a good player. With that logic Phil Jackson is the worst coach ever because he always had amazing players.

  • @themayorofstjoes you're acting like kobe didnt have anybody, what about Prime Shaq?

    what about pau gasol,andrew bynum,ron aretest ?

  • @DoomDarenxbourg Get swept you loser LMAO. How bout those Mavs? No 3 peat = Not on Jordan's level.

  • @realcoolboy17 But unlike jordan, Kobe & the Lakers will be back next year. This year reminds me when the magic kicked jordan's ass kick in the 1995 semifinals. And don't use that excuse he just came back for early retirment.

  • @DoomDarenxbourg and unlike Kobe, Jordan actually hit game winners in the finals. the greatest time to be clutch

  • @quadence 2000 NBA Finals game 4: Kobe's reverse layup in OT. That shot won the game.

  • @DoomDarenxbourg um no. The lakers were up one already 118-117. so extending a lead is not the same. and come on man its on a rebound tip! I'm talkin about how jordan used to close out Playoffseries and games in the Finals at the buzzer - 1) '89 down one and hitting the game winner to win the series vs the Cavs in the deciding game 2) '93 hitting the shot at the buzzer against the Cavs again to close out the series 3) Hitting the buzzer beater in game one of the 97 Finals to win the game .

  • @quadence No, had Kobe not made that shot, Miller's freethrow on the next play after fox fouled him before the ball was inbounded would of tied the game. So that layup by Kobe was the game winner.

  • @DoomDarenxbourg it wasn't a layup it was a put back. jesus. you really don't get it. alright. give kobe that one "game winner" in the playoffs. If thats your standard then Jordan has over 10.

  • @quadence Kobe has others too. 2000 semifinals game 2, Kobe hits jumper over kidd. 2006 first round game 4, Kobe makes jumper to beat suns again.

  • @DoomDarenxbourg I'll still take Jordan's dozen to Kobe's three. blind eyes are a B

  • @DoomDarenxbourg kobe is a great player, but in the playoffs his stats cant be compare with M.J.

not to mention in the Finals, kobe's teamates carried his ass back in 09,10,pau gasol should got the Finals M.V.P. last year. so LOL.

  • @DoomDarenxbourg kobe copy most of M.J.'s move that doesnt mean he's close to M.J.

overall kobe's field goal percentage and his shot selection is just terrible.

  • @DoomDarenxbourg how does kobe bryant dick taste????

  • @darislucy28 I wouldn't know, why don't we ask jordan, LOL!!

  • @DoomDarenxbourg stop lying boy you know if kobe asked you to bend over you would bend over and spread your butt cheeks......and its kobe that does the sucking..

  • @darislucy28 And if jordan told you to spread your pussy, you'd be more than willing! But you'd probably make rodman jealous!

  • @DoomDarenxbourg i would like to know what you felt like when the lakers got swept last year....and they aint doing anything this year either

  • @darislucy28 Considering the Lakers went to the Finals the previous 3 years & won Back2Back, last year didn't bug me to much. Yeah, the Lakers got swept, but the mavs beat everyone's ass last postseason. The young Thunder went down in 5 quick games in the WCF & then the ultimate upset when they beat the heat in 6 games! This *season its wide open! The heat & thunder will probaly choke again, the mavs are 1 & done, if the Lakers stay healthy, they can get back to the Finals.

  • aaaahh the good ol' days

  • MJ showed once again why he is the greatest and why in game winning situations he takes the shot!!!!

  • See how fast MJ went for the ball after Malone's 2nd free throw missed, that shows MJ is way ahead of everyone's thinking.

  • The last 15 seconds made the 1997 Malone MVP campaign look really really bad..

  • when you need a big play with 4 seconds left...you give to MJ and get the hell out of his way! If you're guarding him in that situation you may as well just head to the locker room early cause you're not stopping him!

  • MJ is awesome, watch vid at onehitwonderable

  • This is what you call UNCANNY. lol

  • THE ONLY REASON JAZZ LOST 1 WORD JORDAN

  • Bryon Russel should have never been given the assignment to guard Jordan...he was completly incapable of this task...Michael Jordan is the greatest and most clutch athlete of all time...Karl Malone is also a really really great athlete and one of, if not, the best Power Forwards of all-time.

  • Pippen said to Malone at the free throw line "the mailman don't deliver on Sunday"..

Can't believe that rattle Malone's confidence

  • 7:32 DAMN what a pop.

  • "getting russelled" shoulda been added to basketball speak... pip get away with 3 seconds?.. kiddin

  • that man is god.

  • 162sbombs, im pretty sure it was scottie pippen who told malone the mailman doesn't deliver sundays, but i could be wrong

  • @gunnarrscott Yes, U r right. Pippen told Malone that mailman doesn't deliver on Sunday.

  • @gunnarrscott Actually you are right. It was pippen who said that quote.

  • Another thing about MJ as compared to Kobe, the KOBE fans want to say todays era is better defensively, with 3 second in the key, no handchecking, and Touch and Phantom Fouls... Right!!!!! Thats why MJ came back at 38-40 and was still scoring over 20pts and was in top 10 in scoring against that same competition of the 2000s

  • MJ = THE GOAT!!!!! No one will ever compare, because aside from stats which he dominates the one they consider closest to him KOBE. ANd also he MJ has so many signature finals moments. Kobe has shot about 40% in NBA finals, while MJ shoots 50% consistently. And clutch you cannot compare. Also MJ never had a dominant big man, which KOBE inherited in Shaq and then Paul Gasol was giftwrapped to the LAKERs by an ex laker who was part of the Grizzlies organization.

  • man jordans fadeaway is just awesome

  • Malone looked like he didn't even want the ball on that last possession before he was fouled

  • GOAT

  • Jordan, Rodman and Pippen were three extremely driven individuals/players. You could see it in their eyes when they played, and they are also very smart. You don't see these kinds of players anymore. Kobe comes close, and there are some others, but not many. I think it's mostly today's culture, and the money that comes with it. Like Rodman said in his interviews back in the day, the players nowadays, he doesn't respect, because they don't respect the game of b-ball. So true.

  • tTHE JAZZ WOULD HAVE WON 97-98 FINALS IF JORDAN NEVER RETURNED

  • It could have been a different story if the HOUSTON ROCKETS were the ones who went up against the CHICAGO BULLS in the 1997 NBA FINALS. The Rockets' BIG 3: Hakeem Olajuwon, Charles Barkley and Clyde Drexler against the Bulls BIG 3: Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen and Dennis Rodman. Both teams were NBA Champions in the 1990s. If only the Rockets were not accidentally beaten by John Stockton and the Utah Jazz, the Rockets would have won the 1997 NBA Championship.

  • @pupungcute

    R u kiddin me??????????

Remember '92 whyen everybody thought the Trailblazers were gonna BLAZE the Bulls!!

    Hmm, what happened then??

  • @pupungcute really?? DREAM ON BOY!!

    lmaooo

  • I knew all about Malone winning MVP over MJ in 1997(which Malone did NOT deserve); I knew all about MJ saying "mailman don't deliver on Sunday" before Malone bricked the 2 free throws.....what I never realized was MJ's "MVP didn't deliver down the stretch" comment after the game. HIGH comedy. Can't believe I never noticed that or heard about it.

  • @162sbombs actually pippen said that

  • @162sbombs

it was Pippen who said to Malone, mailman don't deliver on sunday but not MJ

  • @jordanesquemike Yeah, I realized I screwed that up. My bad.

  • @162sbombs It was Pippen who said "mailman doesn't deliver on Sunday"

  • @162sbombs My bad. I meant Scottie Pippen.

  • @162sbombs actually that was pippen who said "the mailman don't deliver on Sunday."

  • @162sbombs haha I had no idea he said that - priceless... although scottie gets the credit for malone's free throws, he's the one that said that incredibly awesome mailman line

  • @VVVVVVVVVVVVVVVV1234 Very true. My bad.

  • @162sbombs My bad. I meant Pippen.

  • @162sbombs

He said, "MVPs didn't do much down the stretch." He was talking about himself as well as Karl Malone.

  • Comment removed

  • @162sbombs Pippen was the one that actually said that to Malone. And, I can't say that Malone didn't deserve the MVP. I do think that Jordan should have got it, but Malone had a great season, and to be fair Jordan's statistical output was a bit lower than his previous season.

  • @162sbombs By the way it was Scottie who told Malone, "Mailman don't deliver on Sunday" before he botched the throws. Pip with the unofficial assist on the buzzer beater. My favourite Jordan buzzer beater. So underrated. Also...anyone else realize that MJ bookended the two Bulls/Jazz series' with buzzer beaters? Game 1 '97 and Game 6 '98. The GOAT.

  • Rodman was a beast with those air balls lmao

  • i love rodmans airballs! ahh.. the yesteryears! gone are these days!

  • wish i was knew shit about basketball that time. shit i was just 4. now i know how amazing michael was..

  • lmao at kids under 18 thinking kobe is better as if the world started when they were born, do your history

  • only jordan is the greatest player of all time....

  • The NBA Finals misses Marv Albert.

  • nothing more beautiful than 9:25

remember that shot like it was yesterday

  • Kids, go buy DVD's of all of MJ's games so that you wont make any stupid comparisons between him and kobe here in youtube.aryt?

  • GÄNSEHAUT!!!

  • @Karim050280 auf jeden fall alda

  • theres micheal jordan and then theres the rest of us

  • isn't this the game where before Malone takes the 2 free throws and misses Pippen walks up to him and tells him "The Mail Man don't deliver on Sunday's"

  • @ThomasJowers0 Yes it is

  • honestly thank God for youtube because i couldnt imagine not being able to see jordan play ever again!!

  • piece of cake.

  • thats kobe bryant, magic johnson, will champerine, larry bird combined <<<< MJ

  • @calculussuckshell and jordan is still better cuz u used the < sign instead of the = sign BUT W/E JORDAN IS ALL THAT!! ;DDDD he can never be beat!!!!

  • His shot is so beautiful...most fundamentally sound player in the game

  • to this day 8:40 voice over still makes me laugh, "alright I like that guy on my team"

  • hahaha..rodman shots airballs...

  • it's a damn shame, how they DARE COMPARE

    lebron, kobe, and wade

to THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME

  • @EboK0942 i swear

  • @EboK0942 i think announcers actually get paid nowadays to compare jordan with others today so to keep the nba profitable. but anybody can see that jordan was superior to the players today...

  • @utubedn813 hahahaha you maybe on to something although in the case of Mark Jackson its the memories of how many times MJ killed his championship dreams lol

  • the Jordan and Pippen combo the greatest ever, those 2 were dynamite!!!

  • How many big shots did this guy hit through out his career, just ridiculous!

  • OMG! I MISS THIS DYNASTY!!!

  • @Jocosity70 Kobe>Lebron

  • Kobe is the best right now.

    Jordan is the GOAT.

  • I remember Rodman could score like 10-15 ppg in Pistons, I don't know why he looks like he doesn't know how to shoot the ball when he was in Bulls.

  • @fifa1688 well they don't really need him to shoot the ball you know. the bulls at that time was so good, you would've thought they have michael jordan or something.

  • I prefer Bulls from 1991-1993 more than 1996-1998. The first one is more complete team than second, but the second one had more good players on bench. Also the first one is faster and younger, MJ was better at that time.

Today's great team ALL made by big trende thats big difference between 2 eras.

  • @fifa1688 still though, come on, Rodman was a great piece for the 96-98 Bulls at that time. It didn't matter if he couldn't shoot midrange or whatever. He was a very big piece.

  • @fifa1688

Even though Rodman was the greatest shooter, his rebounding made up for it. I was primarily a re bounder.

  • Wow Rodman sucks 2 airballs in a row.

  • @OdomMbenga Not defensivly 1 of the greatst defenders of all time.

  • The good ol' days.....the Bulls of the 90's are not to be messed with! we miss u michael!!

  • Man these were the days Malone and Stockton, Jordan and Pippen, Dennis '' the worm'' Rodman 97', 98' two of the best nba finals in the history of Bball lets hope it keeps up from this season on good series from the Celts. and Lakers but nothing beats the NBA Finals in the windy city baby

  • MJ should be recognize as the best atletic of the century!!

  • isn't it so cool how we witnessed the best NBA player in history? we can tell our grandkids one day how this guy Michael Jordan was the sickest player ever

  • @TKSimbaPride Correct, but the guy above says Lebron will get a ring eventually which is more than likely true. But we are going to compare Lebrons one championship to MJs 6, and Kobe's 5th?

  • @TKSimbaPride So we are comparing Lebrons 1 ring to MJs 6, and Kobes 6th or 7th?

  • @chicago85bearz Right now, my feeling is that Kobe, may have just won his last title. That's just my opinion. We shall see.

  • Its not a surprise if Kobe win 3 titles in a row because their biggest opponent the Celtics is now old and tired. There is no team can really compete with the Lakers since Gasol, Artest came. They can only lose themselves but not defeated by other teams.

Lakers is the only complete team in the league, they have outside, inside, defender, shooter, and the coach. It looks more complete than Bulls in 90s, Bulls didn't have really good center but Lakers have.

  • @fifa1688 the bulls were more complete.

the greatest player/scorer all time, the 2 best wing defenders in nba history, arguably the best 1-2 punch, the greatest rebounder in nba history, possibly one of the greatest 6th men in nba history, and one of the greatest 3 point shooters in nba history.

  • Rodman air ball haha.

  • MJ is the only one...
