You can use Mario Paint Composer, which is a stand alone program, but I prefer the original mario paint, which you can get with an emulator such a ZSNES and the rom file, that is if you already own the game. (which I do :P )
It's good but, like at 0:28 maybe you could put something else beneath the plane, like a geese? I think that doing that on the whole song could make it better. 4/5, good job tho
In the first part it would have been nice to hear a little of the plucking part in the background (use gameboy or plane maybe). Besides that htis was accurately done, save a couple times when a measure or two was skipped.
that was really rad. Awesome job on this. It's so cool all you people have so much skill with MarioPaint, I don't think I could ever do this or have the patience to do so. Again, awesome.

Tried to fit in the background sounds, but I don't have enough space to fit in all the notes (I suck at musical terms...)
