in my opinion, i see drugs as a personal choice, it's a persons right to take or not take drugs. There is no way I would assist with the drug war because drugs are here to stay, it's time we all recognize we should regulate drugs and let the people make their own decision, not have someone tell us what we can or cant do, who are they to have authority over my personal choice when nobody is harmed by this choice?

I agree with your post, but widespread drug use, abuse, and addiction is incredibly harmful to not only users, but non-users and society-at-large. "It doesn't harm anybody but possibly me" is a grave error which contains zero truth.
@ProChoiceJesus I understand that some people do harm others with their drug use, but I havent and never will. It's about responsibility and if I'm responsible enough to do a drug and not harm others then nobody has a right to tell me I cant do it. There are those out their that do harm others while on drugs, but doesnt alcohol do the same thing? Even smoking does the same thing, yet they are legal. And people who are irresponsible should be punished just like they are now via dui and such.

I can understand your view on man made drugs because I have a similar view, they are dangerous to people, but pot isnt, you cant die from smoking pot, and if it has a medical purpose that helps people it should be available.
