I'm more impressed by this than I am by the supercar laps you see around here. This is seriously innovative, pioneering technology. I imagine it's pretty hard work making an electric car go that fast.

@MagnificentGeoffrey Sadly not really, like most electric cars its just a load if slightly over-engineered laptop batteries bunged together. Hydrogen fuel cells are leading tech, not these horrible things.

Note. I have a feeling the driver is slowing down, based on speed and sound perception around 3 minutes. It could have been faster, right?

Fact. The driver has a nice set of balls to keep that pace up with those squeeky tyres. A bloody good effort.
