Being MORMAN, he went on a 2 year mission and tore an ACL during the mission. He then came back to the states and decided to go to Harvard. After ONE year he found out Crowton was at LSU and Crowton asked him to come to LSU as a walk-on. He EARNED this scholarship and I cant wait till he embarasses your little team. Appalachian State will give LSU a good game. Remember they lost 24-0 in 2005, which although a beating, isn't the kind of spanking you'd expect a 1-AA school to get. But App State is even better now, and defeating Michigan gave them some good exposure for recruiting.

App State has a good shot at beating LSU, but I guarantee, whoever wins, it won't be a blowout. I'm not making a prediction this early, because unlike Penn State vs Coastal Carolina, this isn't already determined.

This is awesome!!! It's just a shame that App State players don't get the opportunities of the BCS players when it comes to the NFL. Only one App State player was invited to the NFL combine, while several others were left out because they came from "a small school". If you have any doubts about "a small school", just ask the Michigan Wolverines, who have several attendees at the NFL combine.

App had several players go to the NFL in the draft and as free agents: 1) Dexter Jackson was picked in second round by Tampa Bay, 2) Safety Corey Lynch picked in 6th round by Bengals, 3) Kerry Brown (G) free agent signing by Skins, 4) Kicker - Rauch free agent signing by Steelers.
