Normally when I see a Forklift lifting anything off a trailer, it's a Marine Fork Lift using STRAPS to lift.

This is just unprofessional.

I wouldn't be surprised if a guy showed up with a cutting torch or a skill saw and cut the trailer off the container.

I would keep such an unloading on camera if I would be that driver. Just to secure myself against prosecution. This is really bad.
