Just thinking here. The G1 transformers series began in the 80's and so did the toy line. Today the ORIGINAL G1 figures are a collectors item. I've collected most of the TF movie figures from both the 07 and 09 movie. In 15-30 years would those movie figures be worthy of collector's item material? Obviously not as valuable as the FIRST G1 figures.

Yeah I heard starscream is really fragile well maybe people say that because they dont know how to transform it or they dont know how to handle with transformer toys?
Starscream was my first Animated fig I really loved him, but after about 10-12 transformations his head started falling off every time I transform him back to jet mode.
To everyone with this problem, there's a groove being the cockpit area there where his chin should go, the head is usually not aligned with this groove, so whilst transforming, try to force his chin downwards into the groove.
You have no idea how much these animated reviews help. Not animated reviews, i mean like Transformers animated. I've been trying to find a Transformers toy for my nephew in the Philippines.
I considered Prowl, seeing he is my favorite....but Starscream looks much better for him. I dunno, share my Starscream love.

I can't get the gap that seperates the front of the jet mode from the body to close. It's just a small gap but you can see Starscream's head in jet mode and it bugs me

No, hes a gangly deluxe. His transformation means he folds out loads. They make them as big as their alt modes and boxes allow.

Starscream was my first Animated fig I really loved him, but after about 10-12 transformations his head started falling off every time I transform him back to jet mode.

To everyone with this problem, there's a groove being the cockpit area there where his chin should go, the head is usually not aligned with this groove, so whilst transforming, try to force his chin downwards into the groove.
Hope you guys understand what I typed.

TFA Starscream is based on the YF-19 and a real life jet.

Yeah, that's the jet he was based on as well.
The YF-19 properties would be the nose cone sliding into the cockpit and such.

You have no idea how much these animated reviews help. Not animated reviews, i mean like Transformers animated. I've been trying to find a Transformers toy for my nephew in the Philippines.
I considered Prowl, seeing he is my favorite....but Starscream looks much better for him. I dunno, share my Starscream love.
You know, maybe I'll get him Megatron....nah, Starscream.

did you know hat if you look closely at the end of starscreams missles,you can see some sort of head deco molded in(or is it only on mine,i dunno).

I can't get the gap that seperates the front of the jet mode from the body to close. It's just a small gap but you can see Starscream's head in jet mode and it bugs me

try closing it by getting it 2 click and make sure the legs/jet engines 2 click also.
