IF you take out at least 4 players at the same time, it counts as an extermination.

An extermination requires at LEAST an overkill and all members of the other team down. If there is more than 4 people on the other team, you don't have to kill them all to get the extermination, you just have to have picked up an overkill while everyone else happens to be dead. Same with big team battle if you got an overkill to take out the last remaining 4 players, you get an extermination. In other words your actions must head to 0 enemy players alive.
