There's alot of argument over Rin being his genderbent version, but Kagami (I think, forgive me if I'm wrong) means "mirror image", so techinically, they're mirror images, not siblings, or genderbends of each other. But, simply put, Lenka is a genderbent version of Len.

Neither Rin NOR Len are pitch changes. BOTH are Asami Shimoda's(Their Voicer's) actual voice. She was NOT pitched to make Len. They are NOT the same bank, one pitched higher/lower. They sound completely different in the pronunciation, and I should know. I have the program. :P
