@fireballrox Yeah, you can, but don't expect the griptape to last - you'll find that the griptape will slip after constant use and pressure as you ride. A simple alternative to removing (all or part) of your griptape, would be to sand it down, I guess. As if it were spray-on griptape. Sand down wherever you want to put your new griptape, 'till it's smooth as a baby's ass. Make sure all the dust and debris is gone and stack your tape on.

None of them are bad. Voodoo is a bit more stable but harder to take in turns, slides and such, doll is the opposite.

yes, for stand up slides, you want get low and kind of pop out while deweighting your back foot and at the same time pushing out with your back foot. The faster you go and the harder you carve into it the easier it is. I can't explain it very well but im sure if you search theres a video on youtube showing how to do it.
