I agree on one thing. George Lucas is a TERRIBLE director and filmmaker.
Perhaps George has a good imagination for creating story-boards. But he knows nothing of dialog, chemistry and just about anything else. Perhaps because he is a petty and small person in real life. Thats WHY he could not fix his films.
All this crap from him about "Oh, I had a vision" and "I wrote a backstory". He is just so pathetic he cannot admit he made errors (Vader was not Luke's father in IV inconsistency).

@SeerTravisTruman If for the prequels Lucas had written a 3 page story, handed it to a professional writer, and then directed JUST the action scenes then it would have been good movies. Your very right in saying he knows nothing of dialogue. He should never be let near a 'talking/emotional' scene ever again, cos without help it is beyond him.

im actually surprised it took this long for a full on point by point indictment of just how bad the prequels are, they should be studied in film schools, reviewed at every level... they could take up an entire semester.
lots of angry people out there, like me. i hope lucas watches the "red letter" review. so he knows just how badly he betrayed us.
