They play faster because they would like to leave as quickly as possible. The sooner that they rap up the show, the sooner that they can be on their way to their next gig. The crowds energy is nonexistent in this video, as far as I can tell.
Most bands are pressured to finish quickly, to not only save cost, but to possibly make more money in a single day.
everything's usually faster live with some bands because they are nervous or excited. I usually get really pumped up when I play for big crowds and I'll up the pace a little bit

Go listen to live versions of Pearl Jam doing Even Flow. Its like at least twice as fast as the studio version and really comes alive. I can't listen to the studio version now its so good.
