Sure. POTUS has nothing to do with the Judiciary, choosing members of the Supreme Court, swearing to uphold the Constitution, or anything at all like that.

Sarah Palin has experience in the Executive role. Obama doesn't. Neither does Biden. Nor McCain, for that matter.
Obama has his law degree, but that would be for the Judicial side. The Pres really doesn't deal with that.
