Well Josh Brolin was presenting the award for Best Supporting Actress, and she won. At the beginning of her speech she was all like "ah that Josh Brolin... I remember working with him when he was 17. we made out, tee hee".

This episode came before the episode where Emma and Jimmy kiss. You can tell here that these two have something deeper going on than just friendship. Here, Jimmy is willing to set aside his pride to please Emma. Once again, it's too bad their relationship didn't go farther. It would have make sense.
